Process

From orbit to launch

From our first conversation to ongoing care, you work directly with me. We take it one step at a time, with room for your ideas and feedback along the way.

  1. Step 01

    Discover

    We talk about your business, your customers, and what you want your website to do. We review your services, photos, and contact details, then discuss a direction that fits your needs.

  2. Step 02

    Design

    I create a free preview around your business’s style. You can see the direction, share your ideas, and give feedback before deciding to move forward.

  3. Step 03

    Build

    Once we agree on the direction, I bring the pages to life with your content. I make the website easy to read on phones, tablets, and computers, and add the contact or booking options we’ve agreed on.

  4. Step 04

    Launch

    We review the finished website together. I check the links, page layouts, and contact options, handle the final adjustments, and help get your website ready to go live.

  5. Step 05

    Maintain

    After launch, I help keep your website running. With an updates plan, send me new photos, prices, hours, or other changes and I’ll handle them. You can change your monthly plan without upgrade or downgrade fees.
